Return Information

Within Dhaka: Customers are requested to drop off their products at any A & A Telecom outlet for return.
Outside Dhaka: Customers are advised to return their products via Sundarban Courier Service.

• The Product was purchased in the last 3 days
• The Product is in its original packaging (intact) and no seal is broken (unopened)
• Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions ( check on below ):
  • Delivery of wrong item
  • Delivery of faulty Product
  • Delivery of products with missing parts
  • Incorrect content on the website
